Assessment Setup
We guide clients through the setup process, identifying key stakeholders such as managers, peers, and direct reports who will provide feedback.
Assessment Completion
Participants complete an online assessment designed to capture insights into leadership behaviors, strengths, and areas for growth. Feedback providers are also invited to share their perspectives.
Personalized Feedback Report
Upon completion, clients receive a comprehensive report that highlights key strengths, developmental opportunities, and actionable insights aligned with Korn Ferry’s leadership competencies.
Feedback Debrief and Coaching Session
In a personalized coaching session, we review the report together to interpret the findings, uncover key themes, and identify actionable steps for improvement.
Action Plan Development
